Our History
Embracing 92 years of excellence, The Peerless Group has evolved from a legacy insurer into a diversified business conglomerate rooted in service, compassion, and societal impact. Inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and guided by visionary leaders Sri B. K. Roy, Sri S. K. Roy, and Mr. Jayanta Roy, the Group remains committed to uplifting lives sustainably.
Peerless Skill Academy (PSA), a unit of B. K Roy Foundation, since its inception in 2016, has transformed 28,863 lives through its Identify, Engage, Skill and Empower model. In collaboration with Ramakrishna Mission, PSA actively addresses youth unemployment and livelihood generation.
We are aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — “Education for All” (SDG 4) and “Rural Entrepreneurship” (SDG 2, 5, 8).
The Academy’s key programs integrate Generative AI and Cloud with AWS (Amazon Web Services), preparing students for industry-relevant, job-focused roles with technological enablement and apprenticeship opportunities.
